This production line is suitable for wood-based panel such as MDF, particleboard and plywood. It enables double-side lamination of various decorative materials including natural veneer, HPL and CPL.
The equipment adopts an automatic double-side gluing process for the core board to achieve precise assembly of the face panel, core board and back panel. Through pre-scanning and identification of workpieces of different specifications and arbitrary layouts, the hot press can independently and accurately control the pressure distribution of each cylinder based on the scanned data.
This ensures uniform pressing and firm bonding, stably delivering the optimal veneer finishing quality
