Flooring Lamination Line
This production line is designed for the manufacturing of 2-layer and 3-layer engineered wood flooring.The equipment automatically applies glue to both sides of the core board, accurately assembles the top veneer, core board and back veneer into a panel stack, and then sequentially conducts cold pressing, hot pressing and conditioning processes.The whole line is extensively equipped with powered roller conveyors and robotic arms for automatic panel stack handling and automatic assembling of veneers and substrates. With the series layout of cold press and hot press, it greatly reduces labor and handling procedures, improves equipment utilization rate and production efficiency.
